- We ship overseas orders once a week.
- Receipt is expected within a week after delivery, and may vary depending on your country.
- We use DHL as our main shipping company.
- Please fill out the order in English.
- Products are subject to individual shipping charges.
2. Exchange & Refund Regulations Guide
- Please accept exchange and refund within 7 days of receipt of the product through the online store "ORDER".
- All exchange and refund products shall show no signs of damage to the warehousing and poly-back components as they were at the time of receipt.
- Please make sure to include the application form for exchange or refund. If you do not have the application, you may be delayed in processing the exchange or refund.
- In case of an exchange, the original order must be received before the replacement product will be sent.
- For simple exchanges (size, color) and refunds, round trip shipping is a customer's responsibility.
- If you have miss delivery or poor product, please return the product exchange and refund application enclosed. We'll compensate you for the shipping cost after checking the item.
